Dear Scrap Orchard Customers:
We have been experiencing technical difficulties with the Plum Perks Points program in our cart and are unable to resolve these difficulties at this time. Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to disable the program in the Market. We will still honor any points you have earned between July 1, 2013 and today. Send an email to email@example.com with your Market Username and the email address associated with your account by January 1, 2014 to receive a credit in our new system.
We will install a scaled down version of the Plum Perks Points program that will allow you to redeem your points in the Market, including points you have previously earned through purchases. However, the new program will not allow for points to be earned on future purchases made in the Market. Going forward, Plum Perks Points will only be issued for participation in our Monthly Challenges. The new system will be rolled out on December 17th.
Each month, we will manually add the points you have earned through participation in our challenges to your Market accounts where you will be able to redeem them on products for sale in our store. With the new system, the Plum Perks Points will be eligible to be redeemed on any product currently for sale in the store and you will also be able to redeem points during sales and events as well.
